Abstract
Telah diteliti aktivitas anthelmintik kulit buah mangga (Mangifera indica Linn.) terhadap cacing gelang babi (Ascariss suum) secara in vitro. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa infus kulit buah mangga konsentrasi 2,5; 5 dan 10% b/v memiliki aktivitas anthelmintik dengan menyebabkan paralisis spastik pada cacing Ascaris suum jantan dan betina dan menghambat perkembangan telur menjadi telur berembrio berbeda bermakna terhadap kontrol (p<0,05). Aktivitas anthelmintik yang paling baik dtunjukkan oleh infus kulit buah mangga konsentrasi 10%.
