Abstract

Telah diteliti aktivitas anthelmintik infus daun sendok (Plantago mayor L.) pada cacing Ascaris suum secara in vitro. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa infus daun sendok konsentrasi 2,5; 5; dan 10% b/v memiliki aktifitas anthelmintik dengan menyebabkan paralisis flasid pada cacing Ascaris suum jantan dan betina, menghambat perkembangan telur menjadi telur berembrio dan perkembangan telur berembrio menjadi larva berbeda bermakna terhadap kontrol (p<0,01).
