Abstract
Telah diuji aktivitas anthelmintik infus daun srikaya (Annona squamosa L.) terhadap cacing gelang babi (Ascaris suum) secara in vitro. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa infus daun srikaya dengan konsentrasi 2.5, 5, dan 10% b/v memiliki aktivitas anthelmintik dengan menyebabkan paralisis flasid pada cacing Ascaris suum dewasa baik betina maupun jantan, dan menghambat perkembangan telur cacing menjadi telur berembrio berbeda bermakna terhadap kontrol (p<0,05). Aktivitas anthelmintik yang paling baik ditunjukkan oleh infus daun srikaya konsentrasi 10% b/v.
