Abstract
Telah dilakukan penelitian aktivitas diuretik infusa daun kersen (Muntingia calabura L.) terhadap tikus putih galur Wistar dengan metode Lipcshitz. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa infusa daun kersen (Muntingia calabura L.) dengan dosis 2,25; 4,5 dan 9 mg/ KgBB yang diberikan secara oral pada tikus putih menunjukkan efek diuretik dengan meningkatkan pengeluaran urin tikus yang berbeda bermakna (p<0.05) terhadap kontrol. efek diuretik tertinggi ditunjukkan oleh infusa daun kersen dosis 4,5 mg/KgBB.
