Abstract
Telah dilakukan penelitian aktivitas diuretik ekstrak etanol daun reundeu (Staurogyne elongata (Blume) O.K) terhadap mencit putih jantan galur Swiss Webster dengan metode Lipcshit. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol daun reundeu (Staurogyne elongata (Blume) O.K dengan dosis 50, 100 dan 200 mg/KgBB diberikan secara oral pada mencit putih menunjukkan efek diuretik dengan meningkatkan pengeluaran urin mencit berbeda bermakna (p<0,05) terhadap kontrol. Efek diuretik tertinggi ditunjukkan oleh ekstrak daun reundeu dosis 100 mg/KgBB.
