Abstract
Telah dilakukan aktivitas antioksidan ekstrak metanol, fraksi etil asetat dan fraksi n-heksan daun jeruk bali (Citrus maxima (Burm.) Merr.). Hasil penapisan fitokimia serbuk simplisia menunjukan adanya golongan senyawa alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, kuinon, steroid/triterpenoid dan tanin. Uji aktivitas antioksidan dilakukan dengan metode DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) menggunakan spektrofotometri ultraviolet sinar tampak. Aktivitas antioksidan tertinggi diberikan oleh ekstrak metanol diikuti fraksi etil asetat, fraksi n-heksan dengan nilai IC50 masing-masing yaitu 77,51 μg/ml, 214,14 μg/ml, 469,27 μg/ml. Sedangkan vitamin C sebagai pembanding memiliki nilai IC50 36,43 μg/ml.
