Abstract
Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai formulasi granul instan dari sari wortel (Daucus carota, Linn) sebagai minuman kesehatan. Hasil evaluasi sediaan granul instan yang mengandung sari wortel 2,5%, 5%, dan 7,5% menunjukkan bahwa sediaan secara organoleptik, pH, kecepatan alir, sudut istirahat, kadar air, bobot jenis, bobot jenis nyata dan mampat, kelarutan granul selama waktu penyimpanan 28 hari relatif stabil.
